Goo - "Squid Ink Sky" | Album Review
Squid Ink Sky is the second full length from the New York based Goo, a record that pushes their sound further than ever. Beck Zegans brings a unique, fresh, and open approach to songwriting that really shines. The album brings a melodic wallop, colored with sweeping and woozy keys which add a little more force.

ALBUM OF THE WEEK: Goo - "Squid Ink Sky"
The world of Squid Ink Sky lives in the moon’s glow, it fills the space at the end of the day reserved for late night sentiment. It’s the feeling of being alone with your thoughts, watching as your mind wanders from what could be to what is, and how it could have gone a million different ways between. It’s also astonishingly beautiful.

Goo - "Outlaw" | Post-Trash Premiere
Goo are set to self-release their second album, Squid Ink Sky, on June 9th. The band’s slow dripped brand of psychedelic folk and wide open expanses is void of the hustle and bustle of city life, the songs take their time to draw upon moonlight ambiance amid whispered croons, gentle acoustics, sweeping melodies, and subtle twang.
